Can't find control panel software

Where can I download a simple program to layout my control panel with dimensions so I can get my overlays printed out??  The one on this site does not come up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You can always download the Interactive Panel Designer from Ultimarc.com.   It's fairly decent, but rather basic in design and mostly used to program their I-Pac's. 

There is also CPWizard created by headkaze here on BYOAC and CPV2.

//edit... nevermind.  I think you are really looking for something like Adobe Illustrator or something along those lines of applications.  Sorry for jumping the gun...
