Touchscreen Keyboard Software

Looking for a freeware program that will display a keyboard on my touchscreen instead of using a traditional keyboard.  I found a few online that are shareware but wondering if anyone here has come across a freeware program they could share with me.

What do you need that the one in windows doesn't offer? I know it has that warning that tells you that its pretty limited, but its done everything that I have needed for an onscreen keyboard
