Well, I finally decided to start my first MAME related project.  I have been toying with the idea for more than a year now, but finding any time to do anything has been a challenge.  I have a 19 month old daughter, and another one will be arriving in early May of this year, so I figure I had better get on it before baby 2 shows up.

I dont have space for a full size cab (as originally planned), or a bartop (plan B), so I decided to just go with the desktop stick for now.  At least I can get a somewhat authentic feel to arcade gaming.
