Hi

What emulators work with an arcade vga and a standard 15hz arcade monitor.

Can i run most emulators and good resolutions? Nes, snes , sega, neo geo, daphnie, amiga spectrum, c64 ect?

Almost all emulators..... Very certainly all the ones you listed there. By good resolutions I'm not sure what you mean. The point of the ArcadeVGA card is that it can run them at their native resolutions. That's to say that an arcade game that originally ran at 360 X 240 will display at that resolution and there's no software stretching involved so they look clean and sharp.
