Ebay auction- Warehouse full of cabinets

Here is something you don't see every day. A warehouse full of working and incomplete cabs and misc. parts for auction.

Yeah, I saw that.  I'd bite, too, if I were on the west coast.

The only problem with buying out a warehouse is that you need a warehouse to store it all.  ;D

That sure is alot of stuf.
Heck you could start an arcade with 100 machines.
Look at all the CPs!
Some one here should buy the stuff and sell it and make five times as much as he paid for it. ;D
I would buy that but I don't have enough money. :'(

Did you notice that if you don't get the stuff out by May 31st, you will have to assume the rent of $2433.19 per month  :-\

Yikes!!   :o

it closed at 8K+ so renting the warehouse was more than it's worth. Most were untested or incomplete. I want to get in there for a Mrs Pac-man

You would need to do a good deal of work to get your money back on that crappy warehouse lot buying it at 8k.

Ok. Lets assume the good Ms. Pac is worth $800. And that the other 11 Ms. Pac cabs can be sold for an average of $200 each (judging from the ones in the picture you probably could). There is $3000 right there.

I count 21 games classified as working. Lets just say they are worth an average of $200 each. That makes $4200 more for $7200 total.

That leaves 123 untested/incomplete games. You would need to get an AVERAGE of like $8 each out of those to break even.

With some smart selling the buyer could sell off all the workers and Ms. Pac cabinets and have enough to pay for all the rest of the incomplete/untested games.

But, where do you store 150 games while you are working on them? You MIGHT be able to get them all in a large basement and two car garage, assuming you didn't already have anything in there.

He's in the bay area and responded to an email from me.

"Is there anything in paticular you are looking for?  If so let me know.. We
are currently doing a inventory and moving the stuff to our storage.  So
stuff should be available in the next few weeks."

I'm looking to restore/convert one of those Mrs Pac-man cabs into a verticle mame type machine...
