New WinIPAC Utility Version
« on: May 16, 2003, 03:41:46 pm »
A new version of the WinIPAC utility for the I-PAC / J-PAC interfaces is now uploaded. It has the following improvements:
In "invisible" mode (this is the mode that allows sending of a pre-set configuration prior to launching an application) a spurious dialog box has been removed.
You can now program the power key, so that you can have a shift key combination to shut down the PC (In PS/2 mode).
Programming of the "windows" key made easier.
Auto-save of current config when downloading.
A bug with saving of the config file in a non-default folder corrected.
The new version can be downloaded from our page www.ultimarc.com/download.html

Hey Andy, I put two  extra buttons on my CP...one I'd like to use for ESC and the other I'd like to use for TAB.

how in the heck do you use your new utility program to assign buttons to those functions, as far as I can tell ESC and TAB aren't represented.......the Windows key is, etc, etc but....???

".....its like a Koala crapped a rainbow in my brain!"

Very cool! I'm going to have to try this. Thanks for the news.
