Does Mame have game instructions?

I was wanting to play Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat on Mame and wondering if there was instructions that showed all the characters moves?

IOf not I can make my own...just trying to save time...

The *.dats contain an awful lot of that information, controls, special features, cheats, history.
When pixelated clipart just wont do, just call for Betty
