Thats what i used when I built my racing setup, I spilt off the green plug running 1 into my z5500 & the other into the lcd speakers, sounds awesome when running nascar etc

I used these on the ends and hook them to the input jacks on the surround sound recievers by rca cords.

monoprice.com is the cheapest place to get cables of all kinds, including one like this. I've ordered from them several times and cannot recommend them enough.
they also ship from the US, so it will arrive quicker.
