ICEČ for K.A.D.E. Endcoders - Expansion boards
« on: November 24, 2012, 07:20:11 pm »
Hello All,

Just wanted to post a quick teaser on the expansion board development for KADE encoders.  This is still a WIP and updates will follow as we get closer to prototyping and testing.

This particular version is ICE2 or Integrated Console Encoder Expansion.

The main features are as follows :

  • Auto-connect and programming functions. This eliminates the need to unplug Kade for programming.  All you have to do is plug in your PC to an external USB port, program KADE, unplug and play
  • Wireless Power On for Xbox
  • Wireless toggle switches, eliminates the need for external buttons for temporary functions
  • Easy connect 3mm terminals
  • Header pins for personal expansion
  • Playstation 1&2 easy connect RJ45 port

Take your KADE device to another level of fun and greatness!!!!!!!

Welcoming comments......

Great to see!
We haven't even released yet and Open Hardware extensibility is being used.
