Help with a Perfect 360...

I have a Perfect 360 joystick, but the stick feels really stiff and hitting any of the diagonal moves consistently is nearly impossible. I've heard that these joysticks can be really good, but haven't seen a post on these sticks in months. Does anyone still use them?
