WTB: RGB Cables for Commodore 1084 monitor (9pin dsub female)/9pin dsub to BNC

I have a Commodore 1084 monitor, with a male 9 pin Dsub input on the back. I'm looking for rgb cables that have the Commodore 1084 pinout, with a female 9pin dsub connector on them. I'm trying to find a PS1 cable, Sega Genesis 2/32X, and a GameCube cable.

I know there are documents on how to make these, but since I am totally not tech savvy, nor do I have the time, I am looking for someone to make these cables for me or already has ready made cables availible. I am in Northern California (San Francisco East Bay Area) in the USA.

I have a 1084 and would probably pay for a couple console->1084 cables as well... I could make them myself but I'm more likely to pay a few bucks than I am to do that.

Sorry for the late reply but basically you are going to need an RGB cable for the system and then adapt it to the matching pins on the 1084 (there are pinouts available for both). I made a VGA -> 1084 RGB connector so I could output arcade resolution from my PC and it worked quite well.

The PS1/Genesis may have RGB support but I haven't looked into them. Usually in Europe most of the consoles have SCART cables but sometimes the NTSC version don't have compatibility with the cables. I know with the N64 you have to solder some wires inside the console to the AV Out port to add RGB support.

Wow, I have totally forgotten about this thread, which is over a year old. Since then, I now use SCART cables with all my systems. I have three 4-way SCART selector boxes, which have VGA cables on the end. Each one of those goes to a VGA selector box, and into my 37" mitsubishi RGB/VGA monitor.

So I don't need cables for a commodore monitor any more
