Sorry I'm So Cheap.

I have a few USB game pads at home (4-5) and I'm building a 4 player cabinet.  Could I hack and use 4 gamepads for my control interface and not use an ipac? ???

Yes.  But if you unplug them and plug them in again in a different order your player spots will be out of order.

If you use the same type of pads your player spots may switch order randomly on every reboot anyway.

In Win2k, is there to assign the ports so they never change?
