Cant play Speed Racer [Solved]

I tried to run Speed Racer but im stuck in the configuration screen. I read some post that explain hoy to doit but does not seems to work. I suposed to set off the "Test Swich" at the end but there is no switches for that game, i push the test button (F2 or F3, dont remember right now) to enter the config. But cant exit and start playing

Anyone can help

I've never seen those instructions.
About the only thing I ever found was people saying you needed to hit the Test button to exit the test mode.
I must admit I never looked too deep into solving it, and only remembered when I saw this post.

Believe it or not, I am just remembering about this again. =)
So I go and try to do the setup, but the steering will only register as going to the right even though I am hitting the left arrow button.
Also tried configuring it with the spinner as the steering wheel, and it only goes to the right as well.

Anyone have any hints?
