T-Molding.com - customer service rave
« on: December 11, 2007, 01:18:38 pm »
Just an FYI - I ordered two 20' rolls of a certain bright green t-molding from t-molding.com and both rolls arrived in less than 1 week.  I set the rolls aside and didn't think about them until I went to color match the molding.  It was then that my wife noticed that one roll was lightly lighter in color and had a yellowish tint to it.

I contact t-molding.com and Richard replied almost instantly with an offer to replace the bad roll AND reimburse me for shipping it back.  I know this is just simply the kinds of behavior we expect from a company that sells a product, but with all the negative feedback about certain companies lately on these boards, I felt it necessary to share the positive customer service I have received about one of the vendors that many of us purchase from...

I've got some future ideas in mind and will definitely order from them again.

Jim

That's why I ordered 2 rolls ;)  plenty

But he doesn't state 20' for a cabinet with t-mold all around :

"Standard cocktail tables require 10'-12'. Standard uprights require 20' (10' per side). However, be advised that some games have t-molding that runs all the way behind the cabinet. Those games require a total of 32' (or 16' per side). The best way to know for sure is to take a quick measurement."
