what would be the easiest way to have the pacman sound automatically play when I start my car?  I was thinking of using one of those recordable greeting cards but thats not really loud enough.
I b**ch. People listen!!

You need to pipe the sound through your stereo. You could either trigger it from the ignition or from the interior light circuit depending if you wanted it to play when you opened the door or when you actually turn the key.
