This unit is in excellent condition.  It comes with a D-link DWL-650 wireless PCMCIA card for wardriving.  The main programs installed are MS Office Professional, OpenOffice, Firefox, 7zip, MAME 32 v100, glGo and DragonDictate.  All ROMs are removed.  You'll want to be conservative in which ROMs win a spot on the drive because it's only 20GB.  I used it for work and Missile Command--legendary scores with a tablet  ;D.

I recommend becoming familiar with DragonDictate.  Train the discrete speech and you won't need a keyboard.  If you can't see life without a keyboard (it's possible and good), a portable folding USB keyboard runs about $20 on eBay.

The original purpose of this unit was for a counter-top cabinet.  The unit proved more valuable as a tool for making money so I never got around to it.  Now I own another tablet PC and my MAME objectives are different (see FT) so this is up for sale or, preferably, trade.

FS: $450. Shipping free for lower 48.  Everybody else needs to give me a postal code to figure the shipping.

FT: Four Ultrastik 360s and 16 buttons with interface board.  The sticks are definite.  The buttons are negotiable. As I pay shipping to you, you pay shipping to me.
