defender sound
« on: November 19, 2007, 03:55:15 pm »
I have an original defender. I believe there may be problems with the ribbon cable connection at the sound board or the board it comes from. It is making different noises at times which I can live with but sometimes (frequently) the sound shuts off completely. I can get it back on by hitting the upper right hand side of the cabinet (the sound board is around there) with my hand a time or two. Can I buy that cable complete with ribbon connector? If yes is it a likely cause of my problem?

FYI, I do have an email request to Bob Roberts but have not heard back yet.
Thanks, Robert
