Anyone heard from Arcadeshop.com?

I sent a couple of e-mails a couple of days ago requesting a total for an order I'd like to place for multiple items and have yet to hear back from them on either e-mail. Are they still around? Anyone have any experience with that company?

I've ordered parts from them before over the phone. Did you try giving them a call?

Nothing to add except that I always contact Steve by phone for orders and have never had problems that way.
