I am seriously considering purchasing but it says 96 days until it's back in stock?!?  huh?

Unless you specifically need an inexpensive iron, which is certainly a valid need, hold out for a similar style deal on a controlled temp iron.  Much more useful.  This one is great at $15 price, though.
