I don't know about that. It doesn't come with acoin door, a computer, or a monitor and appears not to have any sort of monitor glass either.

The control panel is just their X-Arcade panel set inside another panel poking up even. That is unacceptable.

The whole thing kind of reminds me of those Nes arcade cabinets they used to sell at the toy store, which did not include the Nes, or the TV.

It's a new line in a "title" type, which usually is the same as a period: "Includes Cabinet, X-Arcade, Adapters For PC And Every Game Console.  Game Systems And TV Are Not Included!"  (Only the "!" is ill-placed for good PR, but it may be an intentional emphasis of no TV, no Xbox and no Gcube are included.)  But you're right, it might be a good idea to check that.

Says shipping is included, which is, what, $50-$100?  Sounds like a decent price to me.

Not going to get one, though.  I'll make be own, thank you.  But it's good to see "arcade" cabs at semi-decent prices out there.

The Nes cabinet that you could buy in the mid to late 80s was priced at $300 IIRC, and it was basically the same exact thing as the X-Arcade cabinet, except just for Nes obviously.
