I have one, but I didn't get around to installing it for over a year after I bought it and when I finally did do the install I found that the molex end of a cable was defective and I have no idea how to crimp a new end on it. I may end up eventually soldering it or something. It worked really well at first, until the wires slipped out of the molex connector. Really irritating. I could likely write to the manufacturer (I don't even remember where I bought it) and get a new cable, but the cable is already soldered to the underside of the motherboard and I'm really not that inclined to pull my motherboard in order to get to the back.
It really does work great (especially now that it uses USB -- mine uses serial and finding a cable that would work was a PITA), and I'm sure that my experience is not the norm. If I had more time or more experience with soldering and/or molex connectors it would probably not be a problem, but . . . c'est la vie. I'd recommend it. Mine is defective, but there's no reason to think yours would be.
