For people who search Craigslist
« on: October 22, 2007, 01:56:52 pm »
Not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but you can use CraigsHelper.com (in firefox) to search how ever many cities/states/etc you want. It's a little klunky, but I find it usefull to use once every couple of days to see if anyone's basement is being cleared out of cabs  ;D

Just don't buy the ones I'm interested in... er... j/k!

EDIT:
Please use this tool if you have a firm grasp of basic geography and/or you know how to google city names before bothering sellers (be specially aware of Californians, they can be right ornery. Must be because they are so close to Canada?)

Oh, that's why....

I was getting rid of an old dresser and put it up on Craigs for free. I got four emails from people that were out of the city and one even asked what state Sacramento is in! :dunno

I couldn't figure out how stupid someone has to be to click on "California" then on "Sacramento" and not know which state Sacramento is in. Now I know there's a website to help their stupidity along.

Oh, that California, I thought you meant the one by Mexico, yes the Californians near Canada are very ornery, they're between Canadia and Bangladesh right?

This just made me think of a line from either the Groove Tube or Kentucky Fried Movie where a guy named BIG JIM SLADE comes out and while the announcer is rambling on he says "and the capitol of Nebraska is............. LINCOLN!!"  - sorry just had to share.  :D
