Just go out to your local hardware store and purchase some .250 female quick disconnects.  They are bigger (fatter) than the usual .187 size.

andy from ultimarc emailed me back.. he said he sold them in 100 pack, (i tried looking on home depots web site couldnt find them) he also told me to try first using a pair of pliers to open up my existing ones.. i don' know how i'm going to do that its all tight. I bought the control panel which was pre-built i don't know anything about cutting, stripping, and crimping wires and re-connecting to the new .250 quick disconnects properly.. but looks like im going to have no choice but to learn.

Don't worry, it should be extremely easy. As long as the wires are not too short for a mistake or two...

To open up the .187 female connectors first use a small screwdriver to open them up a bit then use some pliers to size them.

Hope that works.

Ooops ran out of room for the existing wires to stretch with the new disconnects, so what wire do i use it's for a "daisy chain" from a button to my joystick the wire is red. maybe ground? other wire is tiny tiny tiny and grey going from i think a mini pac looks like a ribon. But I can't seem to figure out where the red wire lead comes from reguardless I need to purchase more for the short daisy chain. ended up with 18 gauge from radio shack

After finally finishing It's time for game testing.. I'm finding that somethings not right in terms of game play even pacman doesnt seem to be that responsive I mean within my front end up,down, left and right work on my CP.. however my joystick is not perfectly center would that be of an importance? Also underneath I have this tiny metal piece which maybe interfering with the magnet ?

If I'm understanding the problem correctly, why not just file/sand/dremel/grind the tabs so they're a little skinnier to fit into the female quick disconnects?  I've done it many times.
