I am building a jukebox and would love to find something like this (see pic) to cover the display monitor I am going to use.   It adds nice curves to the cabinet as well.  I would like to get a new one but have no idea where to look for something like this ..... any ideas?

Also, what are these things known as ..... I mean what words do I use to search for something like this?

Is there something wrong with that one? If it is just looking old, a nice wet sand going to a very fine grit and then a rubbing compound could get it looking new.

Im going to take a guess and say he doesn't have one and is looking for one.  Sorry but I can't help you with that one.  Might be able to get something from a jukebox repair website.  You probably have already tried but ebay or craigeslist might have something.

Yeah, I do not have one yet .... I am looking for one.   I believe the one in the picture is not symetrical so it would look funny when you view it straight on .....
