Wah!Cade 0.23 "Wet Your Whistle"

Hi,

Finally, and with minimal testing, the new release is out...

Here's whats new:
* Support for vertical layouts for those cocktail cabs & games
* Music playback (requires gstreamer). Mp3, ogg and flac are supported.
* Better file encoding support - requires the chardet python module
* Many, many small fixes - See the ChangeLog for more info...

All from the usual spot:

Wah!Cade is a GNU/Linux friendly clone of Minwah's excellent MameWAH.

Cheers,

Andy

Balki-

you have to run X in order to run Wah Cade, correct?  Anyone ported it over to run on svgalib or framebuffer?

Cheers, and thanks for the great work!
