ACT LAbs Light Guns

Anyone know the tricks to getting both guns to function at the same time?  Out of mame I can use either one however int he gaem the second player will fire but does not move from the center of the screen.  I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work properly.

I've had the same problem, I can't update MAME in my cabinet since something changed in the way it handles input.  Ive been running 110 in my cab with both lightguns working perfectly, but i can't upgrade mame it just detects the guns incorrrectly, no matter how I set up the .ini  (I posted on here last month with a bunch of responses, but nothing worked)  It keeps detecting inputs from one gun as gun 1&2 and the other gun as gun 2&3 or other such wacky problems... :banghead:
