Shot some Naomi GD-Rom parts on ebay

Hey everyone. I placed a bid on ebay without expecting to become the highest bidder. But - I did.
Here is the link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200158417022
Actually I didn't research at all about Naomi. So I'd like to ask some questions to someone who knows about it:
1) is the price okay?
2) according to the part list which is pictured in the auction, I only need to wire it to the monitor and to some controls, add a game on GD-Rom and presto - I can play... Is this correct?
If any answer to my questions is "no", I might sell the stuff, since I already got contacted by another bidder who wants to buy the stuff from me : ))

You need a naomi motherboard, a dimm board, and a scsi cable. And some kind of jvs or jamma adapter and controls I/O. I can't tell what all is there. Price is good.
