MALA & HotRod SE
« on: June 24, 2008, 11:14:36 am »
Hi everybody. I'm new in here so I'm sorry if this question was asked before;

I cant scroll through the games list in Mala using my HotRod SE joystick. Is there a setting or anyway to be able to do this.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

I also have the HotRod Controller and for some reason that function does not work,  :banghead: Your command function on the cotrollers DO NOT use any arrows to move left or right but they use regular letters instead. I Know you can download a program to remap  the controller buttons and that way you will be able to scroll down the list by moving your Joystick left and right, for now my plan is to install two bottons on the side of my arcade to scroll up and down the page but I might just get the program I am talking about.  :blah:  I will try to get back to you with that program later tonight. but if you are in a hurry to get this ready look for a program on google that remaps the Hod Rod Controller. there was also a page that I visited that review the HotRod Controller SE and it also talk about that program. hope that helps! what version or Mala are you using? I am using Atomic Fe.

I had a problem getting my Hotrod SE to work also.  All I had to do was map each event in the Options menu (controller tab, I believe).  I didn't need to use any program to get that to work though.  I'm a pretty new MaLa user so I'm pretty sure I'm using the most current version.

That was easy. I guess I just overlooked the obvious. Now how do you get it to scroll more than one game at a time?
