I saw the sale ad for these and was curious if it would be possible to hack one of these into an arcade cabinet?

Looks like a fairly simple unit.  No interface so you can only change messages by pushing buttons.   Looks to be only 3 buttons on the back so I guess you push until the letter shows up and save it or delete it.  It would be possible to make an interface to the buttons and custom software but probably not worth anyones effort.
