has anybody ever tried to make a set of Evil Dead Artwork?

this is a quick try at a Markquee (basicly a cut of one of the game menu's)

any idea's on artwork?

humm yeh could have some deadites in the corners of the bezel

for side art i was thinking Evil Dead :Army Of Darkness poster but ovaled off a bit and printed on vynil vynal vynul huh how the hell you spell vinal !

ohhhh ! yeh the marquee im quite happy with but its very low res and would take ages to try and make a high res one and after all that it wouldn't look as good anyway :-(

basicly thanks for that pic ! tahts the Regeneration game (which i have a poster of on my wall)

This cab is based on the Evil Dead: Hail To The King game which i think has a erreyness the others didn't have

this is a lot higher res on my pc but had to compress to get on here its 1200dpi and BIG !

its a scan of the writing at the bottom of the PC-CD-ROM cover

anyone got idea's on making it look nice and not extremly dotty

Necronomicon Exmortis RULES BUT how can i get most of the artwork to look like it?

thats a nice pic ..... but its Evil Dead: Regeneration, the way to tell if its regeneration is if its got that little guy in it (sam) or if its a clear picture !

Evil Dead: Hail To The King was quite poor graphics the case says it could be ran on Windows 95 ! i've tried to run it on 98 but it crashes before it loads but i couldn't be bothered to look at why so play it on my XP for the moment

if ANYONE has some good pics from Hail To The King i would love to see them

Haha! My daughter lost a tooth yesterday and it was funny hearing a little girl who looks like butter wouldnt melt in her mouth say "Oh great now I have to eat bloody ice cream"

WoW cheers, thanks for that list, for the Markquee the writing isn't high res enough BUT for the bezel the pictures of thouse bats that i cannot think of the correct name atm will be great THANKs

i have decided to VECTORISE !! the writing to sharpen it up a bit as the backgrounds to too important as blurry will look good as long as not too blurry. so here is my attemp at the Hail bit

What is involved in vectorizing a piece of artwork? Sounds like a lot of work.

Lots of black and blood red...should look cool. Black paint, with red tmolding & accents?

well basicly i don't no how to vectorise properly ! im a 15 year old kid who has Corel Draw ! i spend ages tracing it and eventually got that and it looks a lot better than the blurry original but not brilliant :S

YEH thats my excuse to get red T-Molding, that will look HOT..... what do you mean by accents

i think im going to regret this but im putting it in our 6th form area at my school, the 6th formers are all 16-17 so should know better but you never know.

i have bought a coin mech off of ebay which is lush it has ultra bright LED's on the return buttons which are neon blue and have bought a J-PAC and a arcadeVGA.

I changed the rejects to blue to match my cab as I didnt like the standard yellow ones that it came with, If I was you I would be tempted to change them for red ones. This is the link that you want.

this is my marquee

i have managed to screenshot the necronimicon-exmortis from the intro to Evil Dead 2 and get hold of the fonts used.

'Hail To The King' as stated above was drawn by me

because the scan from the PC game cover was poor quality, i think it came out well

At a quick glance that looks more like a Triple H marquee than an Evil Dead one.
