I don't have one, but I know Radio $hack sells
one for $20 and I've seen them on the web for $9

I got mine for $7 shipped off Ebay.
www.compgeeks.com gets them in for $5 + shipping every now and then.

If you're adventurous, this page has instructions on building your own cable:

http://www.overclockers.com/tips183/

Really easy to make, and you could just snip the end off an existing S-video cable and wire onto that if you didn't want to buy the DIN connector.
Side Arms, Slam Dunk, Xybots, Arachnid Galaxy darts, Pac Man Plus, Dr. Who, Gauntlet, Centipede cocktail, Hyperball, Tempest, Star Wars, Xevious, Super Hang On, S.T.U.N. Runner, Galaga, Space Duel.

Thanks to all for the info, now finally I'll be able to connect my PC to my TV ;D . I am going to definetly try making one first before I buy one. If it doesn't work then I'll buy one. Hell I have nothing better to do might as well pass the time by. Thanx.
