how do i build a JAMMA cabs electronics?

im starting from scratch basicly

SB 16 PCI soundcard
onboard video until i can get a decent AGP card that doesn't interfer with anything
I-PAC/2  OR J-Pac (i've been playing with the win pac program and made a nice CP with the  buttons wierd how i want them, so just got to buy the board and then tell it to change the output thing's)

am looking at how im going to do this carefully now and have decided to go for a proper JAMMA cab, arcade monitor the lot ! and then getting a J-PAC to connect the PC. what i need to know is basicly how to set it all up,

aka do i need a J-PAC, ArcadeVGA and all the other gear etc

im totaly new to this and would love a few tips on what i need to get it going so i could pop in a real JAMMA game and it would work OR a PC OR a PS2 ETC
