Can you help me identify this type of pushbutton by the photos?
« on: September 01, 2007, 06:22:48 pm »
I have two buttons off of a dynamo JAMMA cabinet that I would like to clean.  I went to take the buttons off the cpanel and I had no idea how to take them apart.  There is a formed piece in the bottom that doesn't seem to pull off, or screw off or anything.

Can anyone help me identify a brand, or help me take these apart?

I did a search on the forums first, for dynamo buttons, type of pushbuttons, and disassembling, but I didn't turn up much.  I hope someone can help.

Thanks.

Jeff

Replace them with new ones. That's what I had to do on my dynamo game.

thats what I'd do as well. Its great to have all original parts but.... I wouldnt worry much about replacing a start button with a standard button and cherry switch

Guys,

Thanks for the thoughts....I will probably end up throwing them out.  I just don't have two extra white buttons, mine are red and green, which bums me out, but I don't want to have to buy two buttons either....
