Looking for SNK game: King of Street

I need this game bad. It has not been converted to rom form yet because it is a really rare game. The game has the King of Fighters characters in it but it is a 2 player side scroller. Very cool game. My friend saw it and has been looking for it forever. If anyone gets ahold of the game he will buy it off of you. After that he'll... *** it to rom form. Yes this game did come out quite a while ago so it doesn't have that heavy protection that KOF 2k2 had on the cart. If anyone has or can get ahold of this game please let me know. I don't really care if it is MVS or AES. Thanx.
