Well, some people are on dial up, and would rather get a disc. But still. $10 + $4 shipping is a big rip off just for a burned CD.

i think that he isnt even selling cds!  he says:
"YOU ARE PURCHASING INFORMATION ON HOW TO RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING SUPPORT FILES  FOR YOUR MAME FRONTENDS AND EMULATORS!"
he isnt saying "you are purchasing the following support files" so you buy it and all he does is send you web addresses?  or maybe he does send you a cd but with instructions and weblinks?  what a jerk
