You can either buy a new one, ship your broken one to them for service, or buy the parts and fix it yourself from this location:

http://www.pinvan.com/

This site sells brand new players:

Thanks Ken.  Pinvan looks like a great deal for repairs.  Considering the time it would take to do it myself, and the chance of damaging something in the process, it's cheaper for me to send them the unit.

Just wanted to update this for anyone who might try the pinvan service.  I sent them two players for repair.  No gripes, but their turnaround was more like two weeks rather than the two days advertised on their website.  One player started acting screwy after a few days, so it is on the way back for warranty repair, no trouble with the other one after two weeks.  For about twenty dollars labor per player with 90 day warranty as opposed to getting the parts and doing it myself, no way would I tackle that job.  Provided the one I returned comes back working, they will be getting more from me.

If these repaired units were shipped back seperately, then there's a possibility there was rough handling during shipment. These players don't like to be drop kicked or get tossed around as can happen at any shipper.
