Any/all flight sim/space sim games?

I know you already have Rogue Squadron.

Maybe Crimson Skies .. always thought that was
fun.  But I never got it to work on my cab (I don't
think it supports the 640x480 res)

Dont want flight simulators which just let you fly around.   I would like to fly around and do stuff (ie: shoot things, go through an obstacle course, picking up targets, etc...).  I just would like to know some of the names of the real good games like this from people who have played some.

As for my "Rogue Squadron" game ........

It has been acting up on my cabinet where it is not playable anymore.  When the game starts up I can get to the point of selecting the ship to use (Star Fighter) and then when the game is about to start, the screen flashes a few times and then exits and I am taken back to the MALA screen.   If I start the Rogue Squadron game outside of MALA, then I can start the game, but it eventually crashes later (ie: after I complete board one lets say).   Anyway, it turned out that "Rogue Squadron" is not reliable on my cabinet.

Again, it worked a few times through MALA to start up and play, but most of the time it turns out it does not let the game start after all the selections have been made.

I am pretty bummed, since the game is cool.   My kids are playing it on the normal PC computer instead ......   :'(

My cabinet interfaces through a TV and my video card only allows a 60Hertz setting.  Not sure that matters, but it does not seem like I can do anything about these settings anyway.... I think.   I also tried all combinations of the in-game video settings but nothing seems to fix the problem.
