Help with schematic
« on: August 16, 2007, 09:22:15 am »
I need help reading a schematic. The first one is the schematic and the second is my interpretation. Am I right or wrong. Can someone help me interpret this.

Hello, 911? It's Quagmire. Yeah, it's caught in the window this time.

Your interpretation is a bit off.   The 50V looks good but you do not need a wire for key as it is just a physical key to orient the connector.    You did not show any connections for GND which is the other side of the power distribution and are all connected together.

Hope that helps.

PS on the original the outputs SOL 2 and 3 going to pins 2 and 4 of J2 are tied together.  Not sure if this is the intent of the circuit or an error.
