Hello,

I'm wondering whether any of you have ordered parts from this company, and what your experiences were?

They have great products at cheap prices however I'm finding it very hard work dealing with them. Every time I send an email to finalise my order they seem to put another obstacle in my path. They are now saying they won't sell me anything unless I provide a VAT number....

Incidentally I live in the UK.

Industrias-Lorenzo are one of the largest manufacturers of arcade controls in the world and supply to Happ amongst others. They are a trade-only supplier, hence the requirement for a VAT number.
I would assume they have minimum order quantities as well.
