 :angry: I've been trying to email MameMarquees for the longest time and no replies...I tried the button on the top right....nothing.  I tried the "contact Us" link...nothing.  I even tried the email for custom marquees (info@.....)...nothing.  Anyone know how I can contact them?

Hmmm...I have recently received emails from them and they replied promptly to me.  Any chance they're getting filtered out on your end?

yeah, something's really up with Scott. I've tried emailing him directly a couple of times. He briefly responded once, without really answering my questions. Ignored the rest.

I'm sorry, but I can't deal with that kind of crappy service. I know others have had good luck with him in the past, but things can change. And, in my experience, they really seem to have.

What are the alternatives for mail order printing?

I recently just got my order from Scott. Everything turned out amazing!

Saying that, communication with him was a little off. My first email to him with questions and quotes was never answered. Later on I tried to email him and the message bounced back as undeliverable. My order also never listed as Shipped on the order summary page until the day I actually recieved it in the mail.

I think Scott just runs this business at night after he gets home from his real job so I'm sure he gets swamped from time to time - I've used him twice and he's been great.

He's probably swamped after he went on vacation a week ago. I just got my order yesterday and must say his work is the tops.

I didn't have a problem with communication, but I got a second "your order has been shipped" email last night.  ???

The first was direct from the USPS saying that the label was printed, but I got my order a day or two after that.

I did get an email back from someone there when my email went through without the attachment. She just told me that it wasn't attached, and I said I'd FTP it. I also had no problem getting the FTP info from Scott via email.
