Name of router bit?

Can someone help and tell me what type of router bit I need to route under my control panel to install the joysticks?

I went in to Rona Hardware and sales person didn't have a clue what I was talking about... ???  Is there a specific name/brand/size I need to buy?  Thanks!

I named mine Rita, but you can use any name you want...

I imagine you could use a Straight cutting bit or a an Spiral Up-Cut bit.

Damn!  I just bought a digital caliper from them.  I could have saved a bunch on shipping if I'd ordered these at the same time.  Well....if anyone is interested in buying these make sure you check out their digital calipers.  They work fine and cost about half as much as the next cheapest set you'll find anywhere else.

You don't have a store right down the street? We do. I'm kinda banned from it by my fiance.  ;)
