**** This does NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT include any roms.  No wink wink or PM to get around that detail.  I like this site and appreciate it's no ROM policy, so please don't ask.  Yes there are screenshots with Mame running games, but thats only so you can see what it looks like.  Seriously, no roms included.********

This cabinet was an embaressing shade of pink when I got it for $5 a few months back.  I was told it was a Super Cobra cabinet at one point but who knows.   I've put a lot of TLC into this cabinet and while I'd like to keep it my wife says we have to be able to park the car in the garage again at some point.

Since I got the cabinets I've done the following:
*Painted cabinet to black
*Put in new red t-molding
*Fixed wiring to marquee light.  It works great and is controlled by a toggle switch on the top of the cabinet.
*Put in new control panel with new Happ controls.  There is room to add more buttons but a 4-player Gauntlet cabinet it will never be.  Buttons wired to a KeyWhiz.
*Installed new keyless lock on coin door
*Wired PC power button to front of cabinet for easy on/off.
*There is a coin door but I have the 1p and 2p insert coins wired as the first two buttons on it (see picture).  The 3rd button on the coin door is the escape key.
*Sound wired from PC to original cabinet speakers.
*Installed PC runnning Mame 32 with controls configured for Mame via Keywhiz.  PC is a Pentium 4 with 512mb Ram running windows XP (real copy, not pirated).  20G hard drive, onboard sound, NIC, and video.
*Monitor is a Viewsonic 19" Flat Panel.
*New marquee from www.mamemarquees.com/

The cabinet itself is fairly light weight (for a Mame cabinet) and has wheels mounted on the rear for easy moving.   It should easily fit in the back of most vans with the rear seats taken out.  I would prefer shipping to be local pickup from Greenville, SC (29681).  If you want to arrange other shipping arangements then PM but know they be at your expense.

I'm not looking to pay my car off by selling this Mame cabinet so *reasonable* offers can be sent to me via PM.

Definitely looks like a Stern cabinet to me, looks like my Scramble cabinet :).  At some point I'd love to take the Super Cobra boards out and stick in the real Scramble board :).

I'm picking up a cab in Greenville tomorrow, too bad I don't have the cash to even make an offer on this one :).  So consider this a free bump :).

Thanks for the bump.  Are you picking up one of those monster size cabinets from Arcade Mike?

If it's a little shop off of Laurens road then it probably was him.   It's two Mike's that have the shop and they do a great job of restoring cabinets.  Last time I was there he had a mint condition Street Fighter 2 cabinet.  Brought tears to my eyes, i tell ya :notworthy:

Yep, that was it.  I also picked up a very good condition Stargate, now I just need a new CPO for it, and I'll be golden :).
