I was at the local thrift store looking for some cheap speaker grills (which I did not find) and found these three CD games for $1 each so I decided to get them.  Has anyone played these on the PC?  Are they good?  I got them for my kids PC.

Cool .....  I got them going into work today so I have not been at home to test them out.

I wonder if the Dragon's Lair PC version is good enough to play.   Suppose to be like the arcade game, but I would expect that statement to be used to describe the gameplay.  Oh well, I will know soon enough.   I figured getting a Dragon's Lair disk for a $1 was worth a shot.

Again, I have no idea if any of these games will actually install or not.  I did make sure the CDs were not scratched before buying.

Well I installed all the games and "Star Wars Rogue Squadron 3D" is the best.   I still am as horrible at "Dragon's Lair PC" as I was in the arcade.   I constantly die right away so it was kind of not really that much fun at the moment.   The "Mini Golf" game was very hard to figure out.  I could not even figure out how to get past the first hole.   Anyway, I need to spend more time at that one.

We could make a list of great PC games for arcade cabs.

Check out my completed projects!

rogue squad is the r0x0rs, I had it on N64 and I think I wore at least2  controllers out doing the Battle of Hoth level over and over, its such a blast taking down the AT ATs with a tow cable.  I have Dragons Lair 2 DVD but I still cant figure out how to rip the data to use in Daphne (Id prefer DL1 anyway)

Put "Rogue Squadron" on my cabinet now and it is great.  My kids have a new favorite game.  It is much better playing it on a cabinet than on a keyboard of course.
