Happ 3" trackball screw sizes...

Hi all,

just a quick question, does anybody know what size bolts go into the pre threaded holes in the Happ 3" trackball mounting plate (Happ Model number: 55-1103-000 its the High ball model).
The reason I ask is it was shipped without the bolts and have tried all the standard sizes but no luck, my last resort is to get Happ to send out new ones but this will take a while to ship to Australia.

Any sort of Homedepot type of store down there.  You could take it in and just test fit it till you find the right bolt.  It shouldn't be a problem assuming bolts aren't made to screw in lefty tightey, righty loosey down there.

i think they're #6 x 1 or 1 1/2 inch.

I just measured mine, and they are 2 1/4" long (including the head).  I'm not sure if they are #6 or #8 though.

Thanks for the help Green Giant, if only I had thought of that earlier. 
But they are definitely not a standard size and I've tried #6 and #8 but I believe it is something specific to Happ; I will have to get them to send some through.
Bummer I wanted to get this finished by the weekend.

There's also different pitches, like 6-24 and 6-32.

I am looking for the bots/screws that go into the prethreathed holes on the mounting plate, so that i can attack my 3" happ (normal trackball not highball) trackball to my mountnig plate.
It seems to be needing a very small diameter and a length of just over 2 inches.

could anyone tell me whichones i need and where to get them. here at the hardware stores in holland i cant seem to find bolts that long with such a small diameter (the screwthreath hole in the mounting plate is very small).
