Just a question, Do arcade monitors use a standard VGA like a regular monitor?

Only the expensive multi sync types. Regular arcade monitors do not connect via vga.

What are you trying to connect to the arcade monitor? A PC or an arcade board? A 33 inch working arcade monitor is a great buy but the interface to it will depend on what you are trying to connect to. The arcadevga card is great to connect a standard arcade monitor to a PC.
An NTSC to VGA converter would put a television signal on a VGA monitor. Maybe you mean VGA to NTSC?
What is the model of the monitor and someone can better tell you how it connects. All the above are guesses because I do not have the model so cannot tell you exactly how it interfaces.

I too called about this montior. At least I am assuming it is the same one. The guy says it is a Wells Gardner 8111 33". I tried to find info on this model but came up empty, not sure why. Figured there would be info out there somewhere but no dice. Anyone on here know anything about these.

If that is a WG multi sync monitor grab it fast. Model does not match but it is close. Maybe that is why he says you can use a NTSC to VGA. VGA would indicate it is a multi sync not a regular monitor.
