Finally, another update. I need to get a powerstrip ordered, but that's for another reply. Anyways, I haven't done much lately because of the touchscreen. I bought that 19" touchscreen add on for my lcd. It worked flawlessly decased, but once I put the case back on, it pinched the touchscreen and caused it to not work properly. Realizing that I would have find a different solution, I went outside and beat my head on a tree. I just came back in!

Seriously, I had only planned on making a simple box to hold the monitor and when I went out to the garage to start cutting and routing, I found the original curved top to the jukebox. I had unbolted it as I thought it would be too difficult to integrate the touchscreen to it. I kept looking at it, and an idea just hit me. I figured if I could make a jig to hold it in place, I could route out the top. Well, here is the results. I still need to make the case for the monitor, but I'm quite excited that the routing came out so well. It should have a very nice finished look to it and may actually fool people into thinking that was how it came.
(Yeah........right!) Here is the jig I created out of some excess mdf. I brad nailed it together and clamped it to my table saw once I started routing:

I used my new drill press (

) to make the two access holes for the cables:
