Wow, good question actually, when I think about it, although I had RayB's initial response. There must be more, but I think Last Blade 2 fits this bill for me.
We had two large arcades in town and a lot of games rotated through. However, there was this small magazine/newspaper shop that had a few vids and pins in the back and they were the only place that had a Neo Geo cabinet. It was a four slot, but it never had any great games until Metal Slug and Samurai Shodown You can still play one old Pinball machine, which has been Star Wars for a while, in this shop and get 5 balls for a quarter.
Actually, now that I think about it. Pang and Puzz Loop are two that I play a lot now and never saw in an actual arcade.
