I found translucent red and blue buttons that i was looking for at:
http://www.gremlinsolutions.co.uk/arcadebuttons.php

But I would also like translucent player buttons (the ones that have an image of a stick figure, I = one II = two for example) and translucent buttons for coin insert, example ( $ )  <---- button has dollar sign.

thanks in advance.

MikeDeuce may be able to help you (link).  Otherwise you could just paint them.

I believe http://groovygamegear.com also has button inserts that can be used for translucent buttons... as well as the buttons and lighting controllers, kitchen sink and anything else you need... been drooling over those for a while now.

Did you order the Electric Ice or Nova Gems for use with the insert disks?

I found the EI to be too good a difusing the light (which they are designed to do) to allow the image or text on the disk to be very legible.  They glow great, but I have a feeling, and Randy (GGG's owner) agreed that the disks really work best in the Nova Gems.  I think it says so on the site but just in case you ordered the EI you might want to try to change it in the morning.

I agree about having too much cool stuff.  I know I could easily spend way too much money there, but I'd have some great ingredients for a cab.  The problem is that Randy likes to always improve the products he has, and rise to the challenge when he or someone else comes up with a good idea for a new product.  His product line is consistently growing.  None of that would be a problem either if his service was crappy, nobody would want to buy from him so it would be easy to avoid, but he's almost always friendly and informative... that Randy is nothing but trouble. ;D

Because I didn't know that it was needed with these buttons at first.

Hope it doesn't take a long time to get here.

Actually it's not needed if you don't want to do anything but light them up.  If you want them to fade in and out or blink or do other things, then you need the LEDWiz.

We have everything but red lighting because we recently had quite a run on them.  But they are on the way and should only take a couple of days to arrive.

Send me an email if you want to consolidate / update your order.

Am I the only one wondering if we're about to see a "what about this control panel layout?" thread with a 4 player setup and 46 total buttons?  I kind of hope some of this order is for extra parts or 2nd CP.

Sounds like some fun parts either way.

Ok, the lighting shipment has arrived, so everything is back in stock once more (I ordered extra this time to try to stay ahead of you big spender types ;) )
