Does anyone know of a cheap way to get these to run on a PC monitor? There has to be a way to get it done without costing a bunch. I'm thinking you have to have a TV tuner right? How can you get the RCA connections/signals converted to VGA otherwise?

Upscalers usually run about $40 - $60 depending on the quality you need.It would probably be just about as cheap to buy a new 13" color set at Wal-Mart to use with it, or rescue a TV about to be dumped by someone who's upgrading to HD.RandyT
