coin meters (urgent help need)

i ran into another problem =( how do i hook up a meter to this door?

this is the door i have

so your saying i gotta hook up the meter to a 12v and tie the grounds together and plug the grounds into the ipac?

or hook the ground on the meter to the NO on the coin switch then hook it up to the ipac?

I think this will clarify it a bit.  I think the com lead on the meter was confusing.   It is connected to com only when the switch is closed.
